Muhammad Reza Shah, AH 1320-1358 / AD 1941-1979. 10 Pahlavi SH 1358 = 1979 (Gold, 49 mm, 81.36 g, 12 h), Tehran. محمّدرضا شاه پهلوى آريامهر شاهنشاه ايران (Mohammad Reza Shah Pahlavi Aryamehr the King of Iran) / ۱۳۵۸ (1358) Bare head of Muhammad Reza Shah to left. Rev. ده پهلوى (Ten Pahlavi) Lion and sun (Pahlavi coat of arms) above denomination, all within wreath. Friedberg 98a. KM 1213. In PCGS encapsulation, graded MS64, the second highest graded. Very rare. Very minor scratches on the obverse, otherwise, good extremely fine.
